By visiting the Gifts Less Ordinary Website and purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, sadly you may not continue to use our Website. These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of the Website.
Gifts Less Ordinary (GLO) is an online marketplace and acts as a broker between selected Partners and our Customers, and so in addition to these Terms and Conditions, you should also review any further conditions provided on a Partner’s store or product page.
ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE
Access to the Service is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services we provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the Services are unavailable for a period of time.
If you set, or are provided with, a password or any other piece of confidential information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and not disclose such information to any third party. We will assume that any use of this website made using your user name and password is you, and GLO will not be responsible for any such use, except where you have notified us in writing.
When accessing the website, you must also ensure:

You don’t misuse our Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material, which is or may become malicious or technologically harmful.
Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to GLO’s Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to GLO’s Website.
GLO does not sell products directly to our Customers; instead we act as the broker between our Partners and our Customers. Products are sent directly to you from our Partners, and within one order, products may be sourced from multiple Partners, therefore packaging and delivery times may vary.
Please note that when you purchase a product, the resulting legal contract is between you and our Partner and such contract shall comprise of these Customer Terms and Conditions, the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page, which you agree to be bound by all.
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these and the Partner’s Terms and Conditions, these Customer Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
GLO is not responsible for any product listings provided by our Partners. The product information featured on this site is owned by our Partners. Whilst we have carefully sourced the most unique and highly regarded Partners, we cannot be responsible for the information they provide or the quality of the final product delivered, and this and any other such warranties (whether express or implied) are disclaimed by us absolutely to the fullest extent permitted by law. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against our Partners.
GLO will only share your address details with Partners for delivery purposes only. You will not receive any further correspondence from our Partners, other than for the completion of your order.
PRICING & SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Prices on the Website are subject to change. As GLO is sourcing products from global destinations, at times, the price may change for a product without notice to account for the latest exchange rates or any additional charges incurred by GLO or our Partners.
Partners reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Partners reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that they offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of our Partners or GLO. GLO reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
GLO uses Braintree to take payment, a payment gateway owned by PayPal. Braintree is a full-stack payment platform that allows the flexibility to utilize payments via Visa/MasterCard and PayPal across global markets via its Multi-Currency capability. Credit card and PayPal information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
In processing your payment, we act in the capacity as commercial broker to our Partners. Our Partners accept that valid payment from you to us settles any obligation for you to pay our Partner directly.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Should you wish to return an item, then you may do so, subject to our Returns policy.
Upon notification of a Customer Order, the Partner will aim to fulfil the Order by shipping the relevant product within 2 business days or within such other period as specified in the Partners Store or product page.
Customers can return or exchange any item, within reason, within 14 days from receipt*.
If a Customer wishes to return a product, the Customer will need to notify GLO’s Partner direct and the Customer will need to arrange for shipment of the product back to the Partner. The Customer will be required to use a trackable or signed for delivery service, at the Customers own cost. Once a return has been received and accepted by the Partner, GLO will either arrange for a refund or an Online Credit to be issued to the Customer.
*Products not eligible for a return or exchange, include:
Products marked “sale”;
Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with specific name, fabric, message or other customized aspect;
Perishable products, i.e. flowers and food goods;
Personal products such as earrings and hair accessories;
Homewares that are made up in your own choice of fabric or material, such as lampshades, throws, cushions and other items; and
Art, sculpture, ceramics and other creations that are often specially commissioned for the Buyer. (“Closed-out products”).
If a product is faulty, the Customer will be required to take photo proof of the faulty product within two days of receipt of delivery and send it direct to the Partner. The Customer will be offered a replacement or repair for any faulty product or a full refund.
Any refunds will be credited back to the Customer using their original payment method, e.g. PayPal , Online Credit or credit card.
GIFTS LESS ORDINARY GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for 1 year and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
You can use the Gift Card at checkout, as a deduction on your total bill.
All returned items that were paid for with a GLO gift card will be refunded as an Online Credit for you to use against a future purchase.
If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card or PayPal, you will be refunded on your credit card/PayPal up to the amount of your initial card/PayPal payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as an Online Credit.
Promotional codes provided to you by https://giftslessordinary.com or our Partners or affiliates will be subject to the value, exclusions and limitations as notified at the time of delivery, and may be valid for limited periods.
The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or products in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code. A Promotional Code may only be used once per qualifying transaction and is applied to the transaction as a whole.
To redeem the Promotional Code, you simply type the Promotional Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promotional Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.
You may not redeem or exchange the Promotional Code or applicable discount for cash. You may not use or combine the Promotional Code with any other promotions unless permitted.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to anyone or any third party by reason of so refusing or cancelling any transaction after processing has begun.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GLO and our Partners, directors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyer fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
GLO or its licensors retain ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights to the Website. Except as expressly permitted, you will not use or reproduce GLO’ name, logo or trademarks without GLO’s prior written approval.

Service - Gifts Less Ordinary sources unique products from Partners across the globe and acts as broker between its Customers and Partners. Products are shipped by the Partner directly to the Customer, whereby GLO acts purely as the agent between the Partner and the Customer.
Customer refers to the Person who places an order on the Gifts Less Ordinary Website.
Customer Order refers to the order placed by a Customer on the Website.
Online Credit means a Customer credit note for use on the Website .
