Digital Marketing Manager - Full Time (but flexible working hours)

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing expert to help manage our Social Media ad campaigns. This role will be situated in our head office at Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. We are a small but very tight team, who values innovation, kindness and out of the box thinking.

What we are looking for:

  • Weekly digital reporting. Experience with Google Analytics is essential. 
  • Comfortable working across all social media channels
  • Vast experience of Facebook Advertising
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across multiple platforms and media
  • Assisting with campaign creation, tracking and optimisation
  • Digital Reporting (Google Analytics certified an advantage) 
  • Paid Search management of our Adwords executive (Google AdWords certified an advantage) 
  • Display / Programmatic advertising experience (not mandatory though)
  • Search Engine Optimisation knowledge and experience
  • A highly creative mind, someone who is not  afraid to give things a try

Customer Service Manager - Full Time (Singapore)

Making it personal and customer service is at the heart of everything we do. As a result, we are looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Manager to devote their time to exceeding customer’s expectations. This role is full time and will be situated at our head office in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.


Job Scope

Understand the product portfolio and help customer’s source their ideal gift.

Handle Customer Enquiries and make product recommendations.

Work with Partners to handle order fulfilment queries to delivery updates.

Identify product gaps.

Make recommendations to improve the customer journey.

Update and manage product listings.


Job Requirements 

Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Great attention to details with accuracy 

Strong communication skill with Partners, colleagues and customers 

Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment 

Ability to write and speak in good fluent English

An additional language is a benefit.
