Business Development Manager - Full Time (but flexible working hours)

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a Business Develop Manager for our Corporate site. This role will be situated in our head office at Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. 

Gifts Less Ordinary Corporate is the new B2B arm of Gifts Less Ordinary, a global online luxury marketplace specialising in personalised and unique gifts. Under this new platform, corporates can benefit from luxury personalised gifts that can be individually personalised with a recipient’s name as well as a company logo, and with a minimum order quantity of as little as ten units. This platform is the first-of-its-kind that connects small creative businesses to the online Corporate Gifting market. 

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for setting the business plan and strategy, and in achieving the sales goals set through proactive outreach to corporations, institutions, schools and non-profit agencies. Our Corporate Gifting Platform may be a new area of the business but has already demonstrated significant growth potential. You will spend the majority of your time cultivating existing business, whilst generating new sales opportunities and increasing awareness of our corporate offering.

The Role

  • Set the Business Plan and Strategy across all markets to grow our B2B offering
  • Proactive, positive outlook
  • Research the communities within a market to identify localized business opportunities, and create and implement programs to expand the Company’s sales potential
  • Achieve annual sales goals by consistently growing the customer base to meet our financial objectives
  • Develop strategic partnerships to build awareness and leads
  • Generate and qualify sales leads from multiple sources within the market and prepare quotes accordingly
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up
  • Utilize account management tools to efficiently manage the sales process and customer database 

Requirements

  • Proven business development skills and strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills 
  • College degree preferred 
  • Stong local network
  • 2 years’ minimum sales experience, preferably in outbound sales in retail

Digital Marketing Manager - Full Time (but flexible working hours)

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing expert to help manage our Social Media ad campaigns. This role will be situated in our head office at Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. We are a small but very tight team, who values innovation, kindness and out of the box thinking.

What we are looking for:

  • Weekly digital reporting. Experience with Google Analytics is essential. 
  • Comfortable working across all social media channels
  • Vast experience of Facebook Advertising
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across multiple platforms and media
  • Assisting with campaign creation, tracking and optimisation
  • Digital Reporting (Google Analytics certified an advantage) 
  • Paid Search management of our Adwords executive (Google AdWords certified an advantage) 
  • Display / Programmatic advertising experience (not mandatory though)
  • Search Engine Optimisation knowledge and experience
  • A highly creative mind, someone who is not  afraid to give things a try

Customer Service Manager - Full Time (Singapore)

Making it personal and customer service is at the heart of everything we do. As a result, we are looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Manager to devote their time to exceeding customer’s expectations. This role is full time and will be situated at our head office in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.

 

Job Scope

Understand the product portfolio and help customer’s source their ideal gift.

Handle Customer Enquiries and make product recommendations.

Work with Partners to handle order fulfilment queries to delivery updates.

Identify product gaps.

Make recommendations to improve the customer journey.

Update and manage product listings.

 

Job Requirements 

Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Great attention to details with accuracy 

Strong communication skill with Partners, colleagues and customers 

Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment 

Ability to write and speak in good fluent English

An additional language is a benefit.
